    Default Steam Kettles

    Hello everyone, iam looking into purchasing a 40 gallon steam kettle to heat syrup for bottling. Looking for any pros and cons.

    i use two of them. work great. we make sauces, candy, cream and can syrup through steam kettles

    i also have one im selling for a customer. its posted in the classifieds

    How big of kettles you use and how long does it take to heat syrup to 190 degrees?
