Smartrek issue?

Is anybody having a issue with there smartrek system reading the data from the cloud?

I have been having problems with google drive on my Smartrek system reading error. I updated everything and still had problems with google drive. I called Kyle at Leader/H2o and he had some one named Jason call me. It turned out there is a new operating system and they now have there own. I had to install a new operating system on my tablet and phone. The new system loads alot faster than the old one. I told them I wish some one would have told me because last year my phone didn't work at all. They quit the old system at the beginning of sugaring. so I would call my wife and she would tell me where the vacuum was lowest. I thought I would pass this along to help others.

We've had similar issues. It seems that they often release new updates/features each spring, but because the season starts in Quebec a bit later than in the States, the updates arrive shortly after we've tapped and just got everything running nicely. Most times it hasn't been a problem, but other times it made the system unusable until we got it straightened out.
