Hey all,
Im looking at adding a woods on 3/16 tubing and wondering if anyone knows if one of the companies makes a manifold to connect about 20 lines to a manifold to then be connected to a mainline
Thanks in advance
Kevin

An east way to do that would be to take your 3/16 to saddles on your main.

Agreed but with this situation i am unable to, need to be able to unhook and take down for summer cause it blocks a trail
I'd use star fittings or saddles and some 1" quick connects to be able to remove the section you want out of the way.

Went off the deep end. Might be in over my head...
Kevin, any reason you can't use a booster tank? I have eight 3/16" lines running into one at my creek, then on up to the sugar house with a 1" dry and two 3/16 wet lines. The wet and dry lines can be disconnected easily.

Thought about something like that, probably gonna end up making something like that, this will not be on vacuum since its on another property and for a client that will be bringing me their sap next year, just installing the woods for them
I can make you a manifold using 3/4" or 1' mainline by installing spin seals, you just need to let me know how many and how long. I can do either 3/16 or 5/16". I will add a picture of one in the future.

Here is a picture of a manifold that I made with the spin seals. This one is for 5/16" but can make either 3/16 or 5/16.
