sparkling sap water
A friend has a soda water maker (or whatever you call them) and gave me some sparkling sap water he made a few weeks ago.
I drank half the bottle and forgot about it in my fridge. Somehow it is still clear, good tasting and fizzy after two weeks!
Does anyone know if the carbonation of it somehow preserves it? Maybe we can make a bulk tank carbonation unit and preserve sap indefinitely!
