I went to the vt Maple syrup conference and the guy from bascoms was showing the same can saying they were looking into it. It's pretty interesting the way it works. There's a Bag inside with the syrup in it that's completely sealed so no air can get in. Then the area around the bag is filled with compressed air. There's no propellant in the actual syrup. Very similar to spray products in the medical field.
