We had some sap to boil back on the 23 and 24 of February but it has been cold. It now looks like the main part of the season is here. We had a little over 2 gallons per tap on this last week end and the forecast looks like plenty of sap to boil all this next week. I Hope everyone has a productive March to get caught up.

35 gallons of sap yesterday and another 25 today. Looks like its going to be a fun week. We've made 2-1/2 gallons of syrup so far.

It looks like you guys are getting similar weather to us this week. Have fun, we're getting swamped with sap today.

We finished up our season. I will pull taps and clean equipment up the next couple of weeks. It was a very good year. All the sap came in a few weeks but higher sugar and I ended up with more syrup then last year.
