    Default The time has finally come.

    We will be tapping this weekend should be over 3000 taps in by Monday. Hopefully have our first boil on Tuesday. Hoping everyone has a great season.

    I drilled in 250 today. The holes on the south side of the trees were dripping already. I might wait for the big wind to calm before I hang the bags though.
    2011 140 taps on flat 2x6
    2012 175 taps on Leader WSE
    2013 215 taps on Leader WSE
    2014 300 taps on shiny new Sunrise 2x6 raised flue
    25% sap sacks, 25% gravity lines, 50% 5 gal. buckets
    constant sampling for quality control
