Default 600 gph RO tubing size

Wondering what size tubing guys have after sap is processed thru an RO. I only have 3/4" going from my RO valve panel to my evaporator feedtank and my re-circulation line back to sap tank. I had no problem last year with this size tubing but I did add another couple valves so I could switch around sap tanks and noticed my RO pressure this year is high. Starts around 375psi and by the time I concentrate around 10% its 450psi+. Could the extra valves be causing some back pressure? Or gauge might be bad? My concentrate and high pressure valaves are open way more than I usually run also.

    Thanks

Interesting. Unless the gauge is spun and no longer rests at 0psi, I think the gauge should be good. Last week, I found my post-prefilter pressure gauge now reads ~100psi at rest and something more than that when in operation.

I ran 1" for all my discharge piping.

I ran 1" for all output but you should be fine with 3/4" certainly for the concentrate.

On my 900 I use 1” permeate and 3/4 for concentrate with no problems.

Both the permeate and concentrate are 3/4 on mine, but it was suggested to me by my CDL rep to put a 1" on the permeate line , I haven't gotten around to it but I need to.

I use 3/4 for both output lines. Valves could cause dome pressure... but not a lot ( unless they are closed). Your membrane is probably fouled up and needs a good cleaning.
