    Default Is this a leak?

This is my first year with tubing. I have a shurflo with 3/16 lines and 5/16 drops on a very flat bush. Several of my drops are doing this:

I'm not sure if it's a leak or the tree making gas. I'm pulling around 20-22 at the manifold and around 18 at the end of the line in question, which makes me think it's not a leak, but it seams like a lot of air. I even tried drilling another hole in the same tree and moving the tap to that hole and it did the same thing.

If it is a leak, what should I do about it? Should I take the tap off the line?

Thanks for your help. Trying to figure out vacuum tubing on your own is not easy!

I'm not on tubing but I checked a line with a guy once and the leak we found it looked like an aerator for a fish tank with lots of tiny bubbles.

No leak, just co2 and sap from the tree.

That's normal tree gas and what you want to see. If there was a leak the sap would be moving a lot faster.

Great video, normal gas from tree, that is what you want to see. If it starts shooting looking like a old coffee percolator, thats a leak.

Each cell in the maple tree has a gas bubble in it to protect the tree when it freezes, that gas bubble comes out with the sap.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Looks normal and wouldn't bother me......but I do wonder at what point it signifies a leak vs tree gas
Like say a micro leak or intermittent micro leak not showing a huge rush thru the tube like say a small to moderate leak would
