Insanity!!!

I had to collect six times and got 146L from about 25 taps. Only one sugar maple in the bunch. All the rest are soft maples. They have never run this hard! I had the busiest day I can ever remember. I guess it's time for me to have my breakfast/lunch/dinner as I missed out on everything today.

To make things even better, the sugar content is through the roof!
