    Smile Tapped in Bellingham

We are tapped at Fivesaps Sugar House. Missed the first run this week but ready for the rest of the season. Very anxious to get the new Deer Run RO up and running and try out the new filter press. We've jumped into the 21st century of the maple world.

Woohoo! It's going to be a good year. I just know it. Volume and sugar content reports, please. It's late next week/weekend for the 01784. See you shortly.

Just getting up and running...so good to have the pump running and pulling sap rather than hauling buckets. Thanks to foursapsyrup1 for all his help!

Yesterday, Friday the 29th, was our last boil of the year. Just above average syrup production with minor issues. New Deer Run RO, Lapierre filter press and CDL water jacket bottling unit performed better than expected. No regrets - worthwhile investment.

For 2020 - sugar house addition, additional taps?? It never ends.
