    Default 3/16" fitting caps?

I have a couple of end of line fittings on 3/16" lines that I would like to cap off. I know they sell (and I use) plastic caps for unused barb fittings for 5/16" lines but I don't see them for 3/16" lines. I'd like my lines to be tight for vacuum purposes so how can I cap those unused fittings?

Go to NAPA or Advanced Auto and get some vacuum line plugs. Or, I use the leader end hooks. They work great! https://www.leaderevaporator.com/ima...um/4102-10.jpg

My guess is that your dealer, for the fittings, has a end of line TEE fitting that has one leg of the tee closed off. That's what I use on 5/16 gravity systems for end of line.

Yes. You can plug your check valve adapter stub spout into the "dummy" end.

I buy them from McMaster Carr. Go on their website and search 3/16" caps. I also use the dead end t on last tree but just put one over the end of the end loop to keep it from filling with rain water. I don't put a dropline in this fitting because it would have to go uphill around tree. I use a one way t on downhill side of tree
