    Very nicely done. That's gonna be fun to get fired up and get into the Grove of running everything.

    I like the tractor too.
    2017 25 taps on buckets got me hooked 1 gallon of sweet
    2018 51 taps on 3/16 tubing/ DIY oil tank evaporator 8.5gallons finished
    2019 tapped 1/26 aiming to beat last year

    Being built into the bank was done for two reasons, gravity for sap but also easier to keep the ro room from freezing and also have all the walls concrete to be washable.
    11x29 sugarhouse
    2x8 airtight arch homemade with waterloo flue pan, welded syrup pan and parallel flow preheater hood
    250gph cdl ro
    1100+ taps for 2014, approx 1000 of them vac
