I out grew my 2x4 and the 15 gal/hr a few years ago, just last week I ordered a new 2x6 from Sunrise Metal Shop out in Indiana. Supposed to be here late January.

Nice - what you doing with the 2X4 and what is it?
2016 - helped at afriend with a small operation, 300+ taps. = hooked
2017 - 20 taps @ home, 1 gal @ home on propane, then hauled to friends operation
Bought a whole shack locally, with a Leader 1/2 Pint, moved it home
    2018 - 50 taps, 9 on 3/16 gravity and 41 pails -14 gallons of good sweet stuff
2019 - 27 taps, 17 on 3/16 gravity and 10 on pails - 12-3/4 gallons of good sweet stuff (most fun I've had with this hobby)

I put it on CL the other day, planning to list it here too. It's a Leader 2x4 I bought new from Bascoms about 18 years ago. Lead free solder, drop flue in the sap section, 2 flat finishing pans in the front. Still a lot of years left in it. Asking 1500. stack.jpg

We are the only producers in our county, and very few and far between down south here in our neck of the woods, OH/WV/KY Tri state. When I got bit by this bug and decided to tap 120 trees the first year, I built my own arch and ordered some scratch and dent pans from bascoms. I had never seen a REAL evaporator, but I got it together in the fall of 16. I went to the KY Maple School in Dec 16, were I met and helped Sunrise unload and roll in their display 2x6. It was the first evaporator I'd ever seen. Sure was pretty and seemed to be designed to be very functional. The Kuhns are some really nice people. I just got a quote for a set of their Panther and Extreme Heat pans. It's goin to take me another year or two boilin on my 18"x6' franken rig to pay for the upgrade, but I can't wait! I'm excited for you and your new rig, keep us posted on your season this year.
