Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Sorry, Steve Childs has not yet sent me the schedule of presentations. I will post that info as soon as I get it.

Thanks Neil, I follow the schedule but got lost figuring out the speakers. Is the speaker list supposed to be a column over from the seminars? I may need to print it out and try laying them side by side and see how that works.

    Dave,
I got an email from the NYS maple producers this evening with a PDF file of all the classes, speakers and location of each class listed. I'm not computer savvy enough to connect to it but you should have it in your email.

That appears to have worked fine. I'll also post it under the NYSMPA too.

Thanks, I hadn't heard. There you go, 15 extra days. I guess it now needs to be postmarked by 12/15 if this info is correct.

I just talked to Helen Thomas at the NY State Maple Producers office. There will be applications in "The Pipeline" (New York Maple producers Newsletter) that will be arriving in a few days. The signup date listed there is December 12th. Helen says she is fielding calls daily and there seems to be lots of interest. There is also a more descriptive list of classes that should be available in the next day or so.
