Time will tell on that. Just dress for the temperatures.

If you didn't know how to handle the NY weather you would not be doing maple, regardless of which state you are from.

I might attend this year, I've only been once. Will they have a schedule or at least list of talks/speakers before registration is due?

I'll bet they will have a list. In the last 15 years they have when it was held in Verona and it looks like Keith Schiebel, who oversaw everything at Verona is again the coordinator. That list develops as the conference gets near. Usually it is pretty well set but not 100% confirmed by early December. As soon as I see a list I will post it on this thread. Unfortunately that list is not very firm before the Dec. 1st deadline.
In the past there have been 4 or 5 sessions on Saturday with several options fore which might interest you most in each time slot. They have run 5,6 or 7 in each slot. I will post as much info as I can get as soon as I get it. I have put out an email to Keith, the coordinator, for the info as it developes. Either he or I will post it on this thread.

I sent Steve Childs an email. (Steve, Cornell Maple Specialist, is handeling the programming) Hopefully he will give us some info before the deadline for registration. I can only guarantee there will be something for all levels from beginner to multi generational producers.
Each time slot always gives 4-5 or 6 choices for attendees to go to.
