We’re seeking participants for a taste experiment studying the flavor of pure birch syrup. The experiment will involve tasting several samples of pure birch syrup and answering questions about your opinions of their flavor. To participate as a panelist, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a healthy, nonsmoker
- Like the flavor of birch syrup (or be open to liking birch syrup if you’ve never tried it before)

The experiment will be held at the Proctor Maple Research Center in Underhill, Vermont (https://goo.gl/maps/RcFKS3kYQr72) on Thursday, September 6th 2018, from 9-10:30 a.m. Please email me (avan@uvm.edu) by August 31st to confirm you will attend, or to receive additional information. If you’re unable to attend but are interested in participating in a taste experiment, please email me to be added to the contact list for future experiments.
