    Default Happy 4th of July

I hope everyone has a great, safe holiday. Enjoy the time with family and friends, it's too hot to bottle more syrup today.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Low key family reunion and now its back to reconfiguring my tank farm. I moved and elevated my permeate tanks and now will have 5-275 cage tanks. Plan is to be able to pump right from them into the evap with a 1 1/4" line so I can fill the entire rig in about 5 minuets. I also made room for for planned 1,000 gallon Dairy cool refrigerated concentrate tank.
Hope everyone was safe and reflects on the great holiday we just celebrated.

Thanks. I hope your recovery is going well.

It definitely is too hot to bottle, or make candy, or make lollipops, or check the bees. Now, I just need to start following my own advice.

Keeping the day job until I can start living the dream.
