Default CDL 3/16 spiles popping out of green T

First year experimenting with tubing, and ever since we pulled taps in March, we have had problems with the spiles pulling out of the green T where the drop line connects with the lateral line . I have walked the lines and stuck the spouts back in the holder at least 3 times over the past 2 months. They don't all fall out but it happens to some more than others.
Not being a wimp about pushing them back together, you would think by how hard I push them they would stay together. Help!

Two handed tool, but it's not the tubing coming off, it is the spile dropping out of the storage hole.

Push it in tight and twist it some as this will help it stay better.
