How has half inch arch insulation board in stock?
I've never seen half inch board. When I did my cooker last year I went with ceramic blanket after I priced arch board. The price for the board is nuts. I got my ceramic blanket from McGills Warehouse online. I think I did my whole 4x14 for $300. Arch board would have been $1400.

Went off the deep end. Might be in over my head...
You can make your own board from castable refractory cement.
