    Default Glass bottles

I bottled a bunch of glass bottles in the beginning of season. Looked clear and well filtered. After open and using some of the syrup. Bottles put in the Refrigerator start to form crystals on the bottom and sides of the glass containers. The ones that have not been open are still fine and look great. What is forming the crystals and how can I prevent it? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you may be over 67% sugar content and the sugar is dropping out to the bottom. Don't have any idea why the unopened would be any different though.

I've had the same thing happen before, happens from over cooking it. Good while unopened / sealed, crystals forming after opening. Maybe a weird look to it but, syrup is fine.
