    Default Airablo vacuum pump

My vacuum pump is really loud. Sounds like it normaly did but now just louder. Has anyone had this happen or know what maybe happing? Hopefully its nothing. Ive owend it for 3 years now and change the oil regularly. No water getting into it. Its been running non stop for about 2 weeks now. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Check and make sure there isn't any water in the oil. drain any condensation off of the bottom of the reclaimer. If it is sucking a water/oil mixture, they get loud. Also there is a sprayer nozzle in some of the pumps that restricts how much oil it is sucking in. I have seen them get plugged.

What size pump? Does it have a radiator cooler?
If you have drained condensation off already it Sounds like either a vane sticking or as Jeremy said, not getting enough oil flow.
