    Default Trees are tapped in Otter tail county, MN

    We finally got our trees tapped and so far we have some good trees. Hoping for a good year this year.

    So far a slow start for us. Just east of Underwood. 200 trees and 185 gallons so far, but 65 of that was Thursday. Have the 185 reduced to about 9 gallons of concentrate. Silver in the yard put out about 2 gallons yesterday. The 200 sugars we have tapped a few miles from home have been slower, but steadily increasing.
