As we pour them, if the mix gets too stiff, we just put the pour pitcher (microwave safe) in the microwave and heat a little, then stir and resume pouring. The time needed depends on the qty to heat and the watts of your microwave, you will need to test that and learn on the go. We pour ours using a big plastic measuring cup, about 3-4 qts, but only fill it about 1/3 full each time to pour.
Even the part that cools in the pan on the stove can be scraped out, put in that pour container, reheated, stirred and poured.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Thanks for all the info, it will come in handy in the future, right now I'm not getting sap just to cold, hoping to get some before buds start popping. Hope the season hangs in there for a couple weeks anyway
