Northwest Jersey may not be finished yet. We collected 120 gallons Wednesday night that was 1.8% sugar , our highest of the season so far, before the storm and with 80 from a few days prior, I boiled it all down yesterday into about 3 gallons of sweetness. Loads of sugar sand in the filters and a little darker than my usual but it still tastes great . We only have a few reds that have budded so i pulled those taps but the weather looks promising for the next week 20s at night and 40 in daytime. Good luck to everyone else still at it.
