Anyone still tapping? I did get a late start but the next few weeks looks to be promising. It has been another crazy and unpredictable season, like last year. Thanks.

I boiled today with good results, or at least average to the content I've been getting this year. This past freeze and snow has definitely sparked some last minute tapping. I tapped 10 new trees and the opposite side of 4 of my larger trees and they are running well. Still snow here in North East CT, and more expected on Tuesday. The long range forecast looks pretty good too! Having a blast, and can't figure any of it out!
