    Default saving sap?

Just wondering if I was to boil raw sap for a couple of hours and refrigerate , would this hold up longer than raw sap, we are having warm weather and I don't have time to boil all the way right now.i don't have the room to refrigerate all of the raw sap.hopefully weather will turn colder soon.thanks for any info.

Yeah if you bring it to a boil it will kill any of the bacteria in it and would last for a couple days in refrigeration

I have kept it in refrigerator for a week raw. The longer u wait the darker it will be.
