    Default Relax still early

I see this every year. It gets a little warm in February and people want to tap. We were in the woods all day running lines darn cold. With 2" of rain coming , that's going to make a mess. Get the taps in by 3-1 you'll be fine. We made a 1/4 of our syrup the last week of March last year. A lot of people missed it.

Happy sugaring it going to be a great year.

Probably right but I tapped Feb 17 and it's already been a killer season. More finished syrup than I've ever had by this time of year. This weekend should be nuts. Besides the point but I was dying to try out my new oil cloth Outback duster in the driving rain. Worked like a charm.
