    Default starting tapping

plan on putting some taps out tomorrow, sat. and sun. looks like ideal temps the 21st thru 26th [if they don't change before then] been holding off to get started, but i realize last couple years once temps got above freezing they stayed there.

We've been tapped since January 18, I hope you get a good long season in.

This week doesn't look great, but my partner just sent me a pic of one of our bags that was emptied twice yesterday, the last time at 2:30 this morning. It's about 3/4 full, so I think we're going to be busy tomorrow.

Hopefully next week cooperates for you.

Have 93 taps on 3/16 vacumn and 42on buckets and saks. Been running heavy. My to pump froze up so waiting on a new pump to arrive. In the mean time cooking straight sap. I have soft maple and the sugar % is running 2 1/2 %. Last year it was 1 to 11/2 %. Forecast looks good.
