My trees in Grant and leased trees in Pendleton have said enough is enough, Not a record breaking year but, I made more this year than the last two added together, so I'm happy! Will do it again next year!

We are officially done for the season. Our final tally is...... 403.8 gallons on 1100 taps (65% reds). Pretty happy with the season overall had to work hard to get what we did.

Sounds like a decent season. I stopped last weekend. Flows were way reduced and too many other jobs to keep up with the warmer weather.
I had about 700 taps this year, and true to form, I averaged less than 1% sugar ( gotta love that new RO). Finished with about 130 gallons.
Had around 250 people come to the maple days. Even with lousy weather both days, it was a great time and sold lots of syrup

Keith did you do both days? I see it's on the agenda for our annual meeting in May. Will be interesting getting producer input on the split event.

I did do both days. Lousy weather both days. Rainy in February and snowed in March, but people still came out.
