1998 to 2009: 15 taps on buckets, scavenged fire pit and pans
2010: New 2x4 SS flat pan w/preheater
2015: New to me Lapierre 18x60 raised flue, new shack, new everything!! 59 taps 23.75 gallons
2016: 85 taps 19 gallons
2017: Purchased 2.5 acres and tubed half with 3/16. 145 taps total 49.25 gallons
2018: 200 taps (162 on 3/16ths 38 on buckets) New NextGen RO 63 gallons
2019: 210 taps 73.5 gallons
2023: 210 taps 89.75 gallons

minehart gap, Nice looking shack. Like that you didn't go with the typical rooflines. Looks like you have some loftish storage space.
2019-2023 40 to 50 taps to get 8 to 10 gallons of syrup
2018 Built the sugar shack, produced 10.5 gallons (converted some to sugar,& cream). taps varied 45 to 50
2017 Built 2x4 arch for a divided pan, 8.5 gallons from 30 taps increased to 42 taps during season.
2016 Produced 3 gallons & 1 quart Syrup, Block arch & 3 buffet pans, 12 taps

red dorakeen, thank you. The timber frame for my sugar shack is actually a timber frame from back in the 1800’s that was last used as a pig pen on a farm. There was a second floor on it originally but they were shorter then and I had to walk hunched over along the sides of the upstair so I made a dormer to give more head room. The plan is to use the upstairs to hold a permeate tank once I get a RO and a bed for late boils.
