    Default Prefilters in bulk

I know I saw on this forum some where that you could get prefilters in bulk at a decent price. I have searched but can't find them much cheaper than $13 a piece and I can't find where that was posted.
Thinking I should be changing the filter everytime we use it to keep bacteria down but thats going to add up. How does everyone handle it and where are you buying your 10 house filters?

I have 4x10 filters on my RO and am going to change it to a 2x20 for this year. 4x10's are hard to find cheap.

My RO uses 2.5 x 20" filters, I get them at $3.00 each by the case thru Ray Gingerich. I've never been able to beat his price. However I finally found them on Amazon at essentially the same price ($74.95/25). In the past prices were between $4.50 and about $20 each for the same filter. I like the blown poly filters far better than the string wound type.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Ray sent 5 filters with my RO and said that should be all I need for the first year. I will be ordering more as I do not like the thought of reusing filters.

Ray is not on the web, but here is a link https://www.waterfilters.net/pentek-...B&hotdeal=5for 2.5" x 20" 5 micron for $2.29 each, and I just checked if I was to order 25 the cheapest shipping would be 6.99 to me in Oneida, NY, estimated to arrive in 4-8 days, faster methods cost more.
