Default could you share a picture or 2 of your ro setup?

I am a picture kind of guy and was looking for ways to setup my ro. No matter how big or small. Mine is only 100gal an hr but can see us expanding in time. Just need some ideas of efficient ways to change flows from sap to permeate and then soap and whatever else i may be missing.

I did do some searching on here so if this was discussed i apologize. Just point me in the direction.

I kept mine pretty simple for the first year. I put banjo fittings on my permeate, concentrate and feed lines. That way I could just switch them to where I wanted to go.
On my laundry tub wash tank I drilled holes in the side and put bulkhead fittings with 90 plumbing fittings to angle the flow down.
Then I used a 1.5" 90 degree elbow on the drain on the bottom and put a banjo on it. That feeds the RO to the feed pump during wash cycle.
When running sap I hook the banjo fittings up to the line to the tank I'm sending it to. And the feed line 1.5" from the RO to the sap tank.
When my RO has a permenant spot I'll use some valves but for now I'm just using banjo fittings to keep it simple.

Here is a CDL Hobby 250 RO. It feeds from a 230 gallon tank (on right) to a 160 gallon tank (sitting on). The a second run through the RO from teh 160 to a 100 gallon tank above the evaporator. We usually go to 7-8% or so. The 230 is being replaced with a 788 gallon tank and the 230 will be put in place of the 160. the 230/788 is fed from the woods and will be feed from two location this year (one a 588 and the other a 788). A few extra pumping trips to the woods until the new shack is built.

Tapping since 1985 (four generations back to early to mid 1900s). 200-250 taps on buckets and then tubing in the mid 90s. 2013- 275 taps w/sap puller 25 gal. 2014-295 taps w/sap puller 55 ga. (re-tapped to vacuum theory) 2015-330 taps full vac. 65 gal, 2016-400 taps 105 gal, 2017-400 taps 95 gal. 2018-additional 800' mainline and maybe 400 new taps for a total near 800 taps. 2x6 Leader WSE (last year on it) supported by a 250 gph RO.

This is a picture of the discharge side of the RO. on the incoming i had two separate hoses, sap and then wash/permeate. The wash/permeate were plumbed in together and i had to change a valve to get the desired source. The picture doesn't have the finished product pictured. On the right side, concentrate, of the tree, there are 4 options; concentrate, recirculate, wash, and drain. On the left side, permeate, there are 3 options; permeate, wash, and drain. Hope this helps 20161218_115646.jpg
