I called it a season here Monday. The only times that I boiled 2 nights/days in a row were February 21st and 22nd, Maple Weekend and Monday and Tuesday this week. Tuesday was to finish the contents of the evaporator. I had a good season though. I made 191.5 gallons which was 7.5 gallons more than last year.

Wrapped up today at 609 gallons on the year. Sap has been pouring in but sugar is at 1% and turned cloudy today. Very happy with the season. Starting pulling spouts this afternoon. Have around 325 gallons left to try and sell.
