Here's my shurflo setup. Just finished it up today. As of right now it will have 3 runs of 60 taps total. I put ball valves on each run to help find leaks. There's a recirculation line an 2 outlet ports, so I can pump from my collection tank to my storage/head tank. I used a temp controller off eBay like others I've seen on here, and it also has a toggle switch to override the temp controller. I was able to get 25"vacuum with it pretty easily.

What are you using to convert 12v to 110 in that box

Everything except the light runs off a 12 volt deep cycle battery. The battery is charged by a battery charger that plugs into the GFCI outlet in the box.

Edit; I just re-read your post. I'm not converting 12v to 110, it's the other way around. There's a plug on the outside of the cooler that I run an extension cord to, which runs the charger to charge the battery that runs the pump.

I love your valve setup, one comment though on the electrical and please dont take offense, I see you have a gfi outlet, but it prob should be in outdoor rated box with liquid tight coming in. Im assuming the setup will be outdoors and with rain/snow plus the very nature of sap is a wet business, safety could be an issue. Have a great holiday and best of luck next season!
