How much can I get for my land near Bancroft, Ontario

Hi everyone,
I own approx. 120 acres of land near Bancroft, Ontario. I have between 20000-25000 mature maple syrup trees on my property. There is all year round municipality maintained road running through my property. I own the timber rights and electricity is at the entrance of my property. Relatively smooth and flat terrain. Just wondering what can I ask and reasonably get for my land. Your input is very much appreciated.

Zee - I'd check with a local real estate agent and maybe look at Realtor.ca for any comparable properties in the area.

You might be off a bit on your count of the # of maples on the property. A density of 80-100 taps per acre is considered on the high end for a sugar bush. What you've suggested is double that.
