    Default Hard candies

Hi guys, Iam trying to make maple candies and not having very good luck getting them out of molds. They break or pieces stay in mold and the face of candy looks crappy. Any help is greatly appreciated. I also brush food grade glycerin in my molds.

Should not need to coat the molds. Could be not heating syrup enough. Not letting candies cool enough. Did you clean the molds by boiling with baking soda when they were new? What are you using for molds?
