    Hi can someone give me the proper steps to dipping candy after it's out of the molds for extended life.

    Pick up a copy of the north american maple syrup producers manual or check out Cornell university's website on maple confections. You will find the necessary steps to sugarcoat soft candy.

    Dipping truffles and other candy centers in chocolate adds a beautiful, delicious finishing touch. You can also just visit on the google I hope you find the solutions.
