    Default Record keeping logs

Does anyone have a good record keeping form that they use? Maybe an Excel spreadsheet?

I have a spreadsheet I use as well, but I can't attach an excel file to a message. Like ennis I can email you a copy. It has formulas to calculate cost, conversions, sales, etc
