    Default Ramps are out

I see the ramps are out around here. Anyone have any good recipes to use them in?

I made some pickled ramps last year that were great. Will be doing it again soon.

We also made some creamed potato ramp soup last week that was very good. There are lot's of recipes on line. I just pick one and try it every spring.

Peaked my curiosity, because I've never heard of "Ramps" before....
Turns out we have the same thing... but we call them "Leeks" around here..

I'll need to take a look.... I have a little patch behind the shed that I transplanted from the bush a few years back.
