    step three is convincing the wife that every improvement is going to payoff as soon as i get another stainless milk tank for my for sap collection, come on atleast they last forever .. so it must be a good investment lol

    Step 4... Contact other local sugar makers in your area and see if they have similar sickness. If they do then refer back to reply#3

    Step four: Identify every promising maple tree within 3 miles of your house...
    Mason 2x4 w/raised flue pan, 240 gal. sap tank, 80 Reds on 5/16 tubing and Lunchbox releaser/pump, 20 sugars on buckets

    I'm a mail carrier in my town. I have every tree on the route identified and the best ways to run tubing in the larger woods.

    I have been snowmobile in northern New Hampshire and look at those untapped maple trees.
