Not a good year. Missed the early warm up, and only made 24 gallons on 285 taps on 3/16 gravity. Made 78 gals. Last year, would've went over 100 if my buddy didn't melt down my pans.

about 55 gallons on 220 taps. Almost all Amber and all had good flavor. Glad we tapped so early. Though it seemed too soon, we would have missed out on some good syrup.

12.5 gallons on 51 taps. We tapped in Feb and glad we did with the wild spring temperature ranges again. Could've made a lot more but decided we had enough for the year. Now it's planning on next year with improvements.

In East Central Minnesota. Had 26 Silvers tap. Made approx 5.3 Gallons of syrup.... worked out around 55-60 to 1 ratio. It was a good year... but a long season. I got started in the Feb run and got a full gallon of syrup out of that one run.
