Frozen Sap

Looking for some input. Had a sap run for a few days about 3 weeks ago. collected 50 gallons. It froze solid the next day. I have been collecting since then and adding to my tank. The sap in the tank has stayed frozen, as well as the sap I've added to it. I assume the sap is still good because it hasn't thawed yet? I'm in Northern Maine where apparently winter hasn't got the memo that it is now Spring....

Run it, we just boiled off 125g of sap that had froze for 3-4 weeks and thawed out earlier this week. It was fine. Make sure it smells ok when boiling, test it in a small pot first if you want to be sure.
