    Default Burnt syrup...into stirred sugar?

Is it possible to use burnt syrup for making into sugar? I gave it a whirl to no avail, but wonder if anyone else has luck before i throw it out. Thanks!!

It really depends how badly burnt it is. Caramelizing sugar is how you make a lot of candies. If it isn't too badly burnt, it will be great for maple nuts, so I don't see why it can't become stirred sugar.
