I just pulled the taps on my last two lines here and started a boil with about 45 gallons of sap. I still have one more line running at my deer camp sugar bush.

Well, only pulled 6 buckets last Monday due to low yield. The other 63 buckets had over 80 gallons of clear sap. Processed the sap into 1.75 gallons of syrup. Total so far for 2017 - 355 sap 7.75 syrup. Looks like 1 more clean out Sunday. Thats Gold Rush speak. And maybe I will hit my goal of 8 gallons of syrup.
