Caught up on the sap that we had, was turning cloudy. Boiled 35 gallons off in five hours and collected 40 fresh.
I confess I am getting tired. We are sitting at 417 total I only shoot for 500 total.

You did really well Ivy, I'm really wishing we had more taps on tubing with vacuum, almost all of my buckets were overflowing and I spilled a fair amount trying to pour them into the collection tank. We ended up with around 375 gallons on our 250 taps. Lets hope this keeps up!!

I'm still waiting on the deep cycle batteries. They are due on Thursday, just in time for the next #@$%^&$# cooldown.

Likewise in NE GR. Collected 50 gallons off 80 taps Sunday evening then 125 gallons Monday evening. It's still running. This morning some buckets are half full or more. I'm betting on 50-100 gallons this evening. Forecast looks like some sporadic good flow weather over the next week or so. Having a hard time keeping up. Timing is terrible with nothing to boil on weekends when I have the time. All flow is during the week this season. My wife is boiling while I'm at work.
