    Cold 4 degree morning! Finished boiling off what we collected this week and finished 2 gallons of amber syrup I think the run will slow up this week with the cold snap

    Hopefully the tail end of the eek into next looks like some good sap weather for another run. :-)

    Yeah I think we are far from done up where I am!! Hoping to make a couple more gallons.

    Collected another 50 gallons tonight along with ice Had to throw a few buckets away sap was all discolored may be my last weekend boiling this coming weekend

    2020: New Mason 2x3 XL halfway through season; 9 taps 2 gals
    2021: Same 2x3, 18 taps, 4.5 gals
    2022: 23 taps, 5.9 gals
    2023: 23 taps. Added AUF, 13.2 gals
    2024: 17 taps
    All on buckets
