    Default Patrick Phaneuf Steam Hood

Anyone have a Phaneuf steamhood/pre-heater? I bought one from him last April for my 2'x4' evaporator and he never sent the pipe so I can connect the sap intake to the preheater and the pipe to the float box.

I've exchanged numerous text messages with him and he kept ensuring me the parts would arrive, they haven't. I need to get it hooked up, so I'm going to try and get them built.

If someone has a similar setup could they send me a private message, I will let you know the measurements I need. I've attached a picture Patrick sent me of what the final setup should look like.

    Thanks!16787917_10208255162798449_570197413_n.jpg

    Thanks.

Looks like standard sanitary flange fittings common to the dairy industry. Ask your neighboring dairy farmer who around you would have the equipment to install milk pipeline and equipment.
