Finally started tapping a few days ago(hopefully not to late!). It took me quite a while to get set up my new CDL 18"x48" Evaporator but last night I fired it up! I posted a couple of pics & videos...So much fun!! Have to figure out posting my videos! LOLJim New Shack.jpgSnow Shack.jpg

I wouldn't worry about it. I started late as well but next week and beyond look closer to normal:

Every year I keep saying I'll be read for taping in January so I'll have the taps in before the first runs but every year I'll wind up tapping in mid February.
