    Default Home made bottling

How do people bottle there syrup I'm thinking my coffee urn has hot spots greater than 219 when I bottle it I would appreciate photo since I'm open to change my method of bottling so I don't have sediment in my finished product thanks

You are on the right track. you certainly don't want to heat the syrup directly since those local hot spots will generate niter. I made a water jacket bottler with parts from a coffee urn, a cheap stainless pot and a water heater element. Look under home made equipment posts and you can probably find photos.
